Maintaining Your Products
To keep your warranty valid and your products in top condition, we recommend the following simple maintenance routine:
uPVC Frames & Doors
- Clean frames with a mild detergent and warm water — avoid abrasive cleaners
- Wipe down with a soft cloth — never use a wire brush or scouring pad
- Apply a small amount of uPVC cleaner 2–3 times per year to maintain colour
- Oil hinges and locking mechanisms once a year with a light machine oil
Glazing Units
- Clean glass with a standard glass cleaner and lint-free cloth
- If you notice condensation between the panes, contact us — this is covered under warranty
- Check and clear drainage slots in window frames twice a year
Bi-Fold & Patio Doors
- Clean the bottom track regularly to prevent debris build-up affecting the glide
- Lubricate the rollers and hinges once a year with a silicone-based lubricant
- Check the weather seals annually and contact us if they show signs of wear
Your Consumer Rights
Our 15-year warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under UK law. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. These rights are not limited or affected by our warranty.
